At approximately 7:40 PM yesterday, emergency services were called to Seston Street in Reservoir after reports that a woman had been struck by a car. The woman was tragically pronounced deceased at the scene.
The Homicide Squad was swiftly dispatched to the location to commence an investigation. Following their arrival, a 44-year-old Reservoir man was apprehended at the scene.
The man has since been formally charged with one count of murder in connection with the incident.
