Sean also mentioned that Queen Elizabeth had permitted Sarah Ferguson to rejoin royal activities before her death, despite opposition from other royal family members. He suggested that Ferguson might be sought for discussions to gain further insight into the situation.

Sean stated that Andrew had offered to surrender to Thames Valley Police three days prior to his arrest. The arrest occurred on his birthday.

Andrew is currently under investigation for allegedly sharing confidential trade information with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein in 2010.
