Obama: Jesse Jackson a "True Giant"

Former President Barack Obama referred to Jesse Jackson as a "true giant."

Obama stated that Jackson's two presidential campaigns established the foundation for his own path to the presidency.

He also noted that Michelle Obama's first experience with political organizing occurred at the Jacksons' residence when she was a teenager.
