Thrive Capital Secures Major Funding

Thrive Capital, the venture capital firm founded by Josh Kushner, has successfully raised over $10 billion for its latest fund. This achievement represents the firm's largest fund to date, substantially increasing its investment capacity.

Investment Strategy

The new capital will be allocated to investments across various sectors. These include artificial intelligence applications and infrastructure, space, robotics, and life sciences.

Fundraising Overview

During the fundraising process, the fund was heavily oversubscribed, leading Thrive Capital to decline billions of dollars in prospective investments.

This fund is twice the size of its previous fund. The substantial capital influx follows the notable success of several of Thrive Capital's portfolio companies in recent years, including OpenAI, SpaceX, and Stripe, all of which are now among the world's most valuable private companies.
