Novitec Unleashes Enhanced Performance for Ferrari Daytona SP3

Novitec, a renowned tuning specialist, has unveiled a new performance package for the limited-production Ferrari Daytona SP3, a distinguished member of Ferrari's exclusive Icona series. This enhancement aims to further refine an already exceptional hypercar.

The Ferrari Daytona SP3 is initially powered by the marque's most potent naturally-aspirated V12 engine. From the factory, this powerhouse delivers an impressive 829 hp (618 kW / 840 PS).

Performance Boost and Sonic Enhancement

Novitec's modifications primarily center around a new high-performance exhaust system. This key upgrade boosts the engine's output by an additional 28 hp (21 kW).

With Novitec's tuning, the Daytona SP3's total output now reaches a formidable 868 hp (638 kW / 880 PS).

Beyond the power increase, the new exhaust system is meticulously designed to significantly enhance the vehicle's acoustic profile, promising an even more exhilarating driving experience. It also features an electronically controlled sound management system, allowing for adjustable engine sound. The system retains the factory's dual tailpipes and offers an optional upgrade: 999 fine gold-plating, specified for improved heat management under the rear deck.

Subtle Exterior Refinements

In a deliberate choice, Novitec opted to preserve the Daytona SP3's original bodywork. No additional external aerodynamic elements have been introduced, maintaining the car's pristine, factory-designed aesthetic.

The only visible exterior alteration comes in the form of new forged center-lock Vossen wheels. These bespoke wheels measure 20 inches at the front and 21 inches at the rear, complementing the hypercar's aggressive stance. No changes to the vehicle's suspension setup were mentioned in the package details.

Bespoke Interior Customization

For the interior, Novitec provides extensive customization possibilities. Owners can retrim the two-seat cabin in a wide array of luxurious materials, including various shades of high-quality leather or premium Alcantara, allowing for a truly personalized cockpit experience.

A Hypercar of Unparalleled Exclusivity

The Ferrari Daytona SP3 commanded an initial price of approximately $2.3 million in 2021. Its status as a highly sought-after collectible has seen its value escalate significantly on the secondary market.

Highlighting its extreme rarity and desirability, the 600th and final unit was famously auctioned for an astonishing $26 million last year, with all proceeds directed to charity.
