"Heartbreak High" Final Season Set for Global Launch on March 2

Netflix has announced that the final season of the Australian drama "Heartbreak High" will launch globally on March 2.
This release date is over a year after filming for the Fremantle Australia and NewBe series concluded.

Series Overview

The plot of the final season centers on the students of Hartley High as they prepare for graduation. A revenge prank goes wrong, leading lead character Amerie (Ayesha Madon) and her friends to conceal a secret.

Key cast members include Ayesha Madon, James Majoos, Chloé Hayden, Asher Yasbincek, Thomas Weatherall, Will McDonald, Gemma Chua-Tran, Bryn Chapman Parish, Sherry-Lee Watson, Brodie Townsend, Rachel House, Chika Ikogwe, Kartanya Maynard, Aki Munroe, Ioane Sa’ula, Ben Turland, and William McKenna.

"Heartbreak High" is a reboot of a 1990s Australian teen series, which was originally a spin-off of the 1993 film "The Heartbreak Kid".

The announcement took place during Netflix’s 'What’s Next' event for Australia and New Zealand. During the event, sneak peek images were also released for other upcoming series:
