Arrest Made Following Discovery of Deceased Woman in Melbourne's East
A man has been arrested following the discovery of a deceased woman in Melbourne's east.
Authorities located the woman's body at a property on Mountain Highway near Dorset Road in Bayswater just after 11 AM.
A 39-year-old man from Bayswater was apprehended nearby around 11:40 AM. He is expected to be interviewed.
Police stated that the parties involved are believed to have known each other. A crime scene has been established, and the investigation remains ongoing.
