A Return from Adversity
Graham's return to the podium followed a period of challenges and injuries. His last medal, a silver, was earned eight years prior in Pyeongchang. Four years ago, his participation in Beijing was impacted by a broken collarbone sustained in the lead-up to the event.
Eleven months before his recent bronze, Graham experienced a fall on the same Livigno course, which resulted in rib injuries and lung contusions. Scans following this incident also revealed a fractured neck, an injury he had sustained weeks earlier.
