Assailant Challenged Victim, Attempted Phone Theft

An individual reported being threatened with a knife during an encounter.

According to the victim's account, the assailant issued a challenge to call law enforcement. The suspect also attempted to take their cellphone.

While a knife was directed at the victim, the suspect proceeded to remove the rear license plate from the vehicle used for escape. The getaway vehicle was identified as a red Nissan hatchback.
